How to form a Swiss company from abroad

You can own a Swiss company without living in Switzerland. The company still needs local presence: a director who can be reached, a registered office, books, and a file a bank can complete.

Much of the preparation can be done at a distance. Formation, the register and the bank follow Swiss process and Swiss timing. We do not quote a number of days as a promise.

A residence permit is a separate immigration matter. Appointing a resident director does not grant one.
