A card concierge will book a restaurant. A relocator will find a flat. We are for the family that also has a company, a school shortlist and a clinic — and would rather not assemble that from six vendors.

Two layers, one curator

Everyday life, and arrival. Most offices sell only one.

Home, travel, doctors, the table, guests. A number you can call when Switzerland is already home — and still needs to run.

The first ninety days

Housing, schools, insurance, the commune, the first winter. A written plan and a date when intensive care ends.

Cleaning, upkeep, staff, household payments, a second home.

  • Cleaning, laundry, small repairs, seasonal opening and closing of a second home.
  • Utilities, cantonal waste rules, deliveries into the house.
  • Housekeepers, nannies, a cook, a driver — we find people and keep the calendar.

Search for rent or purchase, viewings, papers, the move.

  • A shortlist for rent or purchase: Zurich, Geneva, Zug, Lausanne and the lake.
  • Viewings, the application file, lease negotiation.
  • Furniture, storage, the move itself.

Schools, kindergarten, tutors, sport, the family calendar.

  • International, bilingual and cantonal schools — a shortlist that actually has places.
  • Kindergarten, tutors, sport, holiday camps.
  • The family calendar: who picks up, who drives, what happens in the half-term.
