You can own a Swiss company without living in the country. The company still needs a person with the required Swiss domicile and the power to sign. We arrange that part of the structure and the work that follows.
What the market sometimes calls a nominee is, for us, a resident director: on the commercial register, with real duties. You remain the owner. The director does not lend a name and disappear.
Ownership is possible without residence. Presence for the company is not optional. The bank assesses the structure, the owner and the business profile on its own. We prepare the file and coordinate the process. We do not guarantee that an account will be opened.
